Webmax Pay facilitates the transfer of funds from PayPal to Jamaican bank accounts or debit cards. Transactions are subject to fees and timelines as outlined below.
Transaction Fee: A fee of USD$9.50 + 8.5% of sending amount is applied to every transaction processed through Webmax Pay.
PayPal Fees: Customers acknowledge that PayPal applies its own fees, and the final amount received in their account may differ from the original amount sent.
Refunds: Any refunds requested must be processed directly through PayPal. Webmax Pay is not responsible for processing refunds.
Refund Fees: Customers are solely responsible for all fees associated with refund transactions, including any PayPal charges.
Transactions may be completed on the same day; however, they can take up to 3 business days to reflect in the recipient’s bank account or debit card.
Delays caused by banking systems, PayPal, or other third parties are outside of Webmax Pay’s control.
Webmax Pay acts solely as a facilitator of transactions and cannot be held liable for:
Delays in the transfer of funds.
Losses or damages arising from transaction errors, including incorrect account details provided by the customer.
Fees charged by third parties, including PayPal, banks, or intermediary services.
Technical issues, such as system downtimes or interruptions, that may impact transaction processing.
Customers must ensure that all account information provided is accurate and up to date.
Customers are responsible for understanding and accepting all fees and timelines associated with transactions.
Customers agree to resolve any disputes regarding PayPal charges directly with PayPal.
Due to PayPal fees and other applicable charges, Webmax Pay does not guarantee that the exact amount sent will be received by the customer.
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webmax Pay, its owners, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.
Webmax Pay reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated on our website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
